| Package Price for: DIRECT CREMATION with No memorial service at the funeral home or church and no services at a cemetery--$1595.00 This does not include viewing or any services in the funeral home. This includes transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, securing necessary permits, transportation to the cremation facility, a protective pouch or cardboard container is provided covering the deceased for transport to the crematory and handling at the crematory. Receiving the cremains, and returning them to the family or to the cemetery. Filling out necessary forms for Death Certificates, cremation authorizations, Social Security, assistance with Veterans Forms. All Professional service fees. Cremation fees. This does not include embalming fees, which under most circumstances will not be necessary. The cremains are in a container that is suitable for burial, marble or wood urns are available at additional cost. This does not include interment fees at the cemetery, prayer cards, thank you notes, death notices or clergy fees and the fee to obtain copies of the Death Certificate. ($6.00/copy) The cremains are returned to the family for final disposition. Cremains do not have to be buried. The family can elect to keep the cremains. Cremation with committal service at the cemetery---$1795.00 Includes all the services provided in a direct cremation plus service fees for arranging, directing, and all preparation for services at the cemetery. Cemetery fees are not included. Memorial cards will be provided Package Price for cremation with memorial service at funeral home or your church and a committal service at the cemetery--$2650 This includes the use of the funeral home as well as all that is included in the above packages.
This includes all of the services of a direct cremation plus memorial cards and a video tribute of up to 50 pictures if requested. The fee includes service fees for arranging and all preparations necessary for the memorial service at the funeral home or your church, a standard urn, (other urns are available at additional costs. It does not include death certificates, stipends or cemetery fees. VIEWING AND SERVICES FOLLOWED BY CREMATION--$4575.00 This includes the Professional service charge, Embalming, preparation for viewing, Use of funeral home, and transfer to funeral home fee. 2 viewing periods 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. This also includes a rental charge for the Media Casket “January” of $445.00, Cremation Fee of $495.00 and all transportation fees. register book, service cards, thank you notes Arrangements and conducting the service at the cemetery for the internment of the cremains. Includes a standard cremation container, (urns are available at additional cost) This casket is one that I use for these types of services and will have been used for such services in the past. If a wooden casket is requested for the repose of the deceased, the prices of these caskets would vary from $450 TO $6000 depending on the style of casket selected. The price of the funeral would be adjusted accordingly. (See Casket Price list). This casket would remain with the deceased in the process of cremation. THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE INTERMENT FEES AT THE CEMETERY OR A BURIAL URN WHICH WOULD DIFFER FROM THE ONE PROVIDED BY THE CREMATORY. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FEE FOR A HEARSE IF THE CASKETED REMAINS ARE TO TAKEN TO A CHURCH FOR SERVICES OR A MASS.
